At present, there are various methods available for hardness measurement, including commonly used ones such as Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, and Leeb tests. The Brinell and Rockwell methods involve heavy loading force and create large indentations, resulting in significant damage to the sample surface. The Vickers method utilizes optical measurement, but it requires skilled technicians to operate smoothly and is not suitable for measuring the hardness of heavy workpieces, installed machinery, and permanently assembled parts.

The key features of this product include high accuracy, fast output of test results, small indentation size, and a large screen display. The testing accuracy of the SU-300M can reach HV: ±3% HV, HR: ±1.5 HR, and HB: ±3% HB, ensuring the accuracy of the test results. The small indentations are not directly observable to the naked eye and require the use of a high-magnification metallographic microscope, providing users with more detailed testing requirements. Test results can be rapidly outputted within 6 seconds, which is 20 times faster than traditional microhardness testers. The 3.2-inch color screen directly displays the current measurement value, maximum value, minimum value, average value, and hardness conversion value, providing intuitive data visualization. The operation is simple, requiring just a single button press to quickly obtain test results.
