Ultrasonic Hardness Tester Series

Hello everyone, today I would like to introduce star product of Sinowon: Ultrasonic Hardness Tester. Ultrasonic hardness testers are not only widely used in the automotive industry to measure the hardness of internal combustion engine crankshafts and camshafts, but also widely used in precision mold industry, non-destructive testing and other special inspection industries.

Ultrasonic hardness tester was invented by a German scientist: Dr. Klaus Kressetel in 1961. Although the technology has been around for 60 years, only a few manufacturers have really mastered the core algorithm of the technology. Sinowon worked hard and mastered the relevant technology in 2011. We have complete product line , not only the conventional manual ultrasonic hardness tester SU-300H, but also the SU-300M electric ultrasonic hardness tester. The SU-340T short-probe ultrasonic hardness tester has also been developed for scenarios such as the small space in the engine cylinder cavity and the SU-330C long-probe ultrasonic hardness tester was developed for the gear industry.

According to the surface roughness and coating thickness of different products, we have developed a full range of manual probes and electric probes. The test force of the probe is 2N, 3N, 5N, 8N, 10N, 20N, 50N and 98N. The test force of the electric probe is from 2N to 20N, and the models are MP-200, MP-300, MP-500, MP-800 , MP-1000, MP-2000, manual probe test force from 10N to 98N, models are HP-1K, HP-2K, HP-5K, HP-10K.
