20 Years of Craftsmanship, One Heart Across Mountains and Seas | Sinowon’s 2026 Spring Team Building in Vietnam Concludes Successfully

April 13–17, 2026 – All Sinowon colleagues traveled to Vietnam for a five-day spring team building journey. On April 18, all staff returned to work, and business operations fully resumed. We sincerely thank our customers and suppliers for your understanding and support, which allowed us to set off with peace of mind and return with great memories.

Heading South, Embracing Mountains, Sea, and Warmth – Measuring Scenery with Craftsmanship, Pursuing Passion with One Heart

We tackle challenges together at work, and explore distant places together in our free time. To strengthen team spirit and ease the pace of work, Sinowon carefully customized an exclusive 5-day team building trip to Ha Long Bay and Hanoi. Starting from Dongguan, we crossed mountains and seas, entered the wonder of the "Limestone Islands on the Sea," and felt the vibrant life of the thousand-year-old ancient capital. Amid foreign landscapes, we gained laughter, mutual understanding, and growth. This journey was more than a trip – it was a gathering of hearts and a consolidation of strength. We brought our craftsmanship spirit out of the workshop and wrote the power of Sinowon into the scenery.

5-Day Journey: From Border Gate to Coastline — Every Scene Echoes Our "Measurement Spirit"

Starting from Sinowon, the whole team gathered at Guangzhou South Station and took a high-speed train to Nanning, the "Green City" of Guangxi. We walked through Zhushan Ancient Street, the Fifth Boundary Tablet of the Great Qing Dynasty, and the Border Gate Scenic Area, touching century-old historical marks and experiencing the unique border culture where China and Vietnam meet.

This meeting point of Chinese and Vietnamese cultures – just like our Vision Measuring Machine – accurately captures every detail across different industrial scenarios, enabling cross-border integration and clear presentation.

First Encounter with Mountains and Sea: Impressions of Ha Long

Jade Stone Beach, Lion Island, Elephant Mountain, Ten-Mile Gallery, Hongji Beach, Thang Long Bay – we arrived in Ha Long in the evening and immersed ourselves in the Vietnamese national art form of water puppetry, bringing us closer together through laughter and joy.

Limestone Islands on the Sea – A World Wonder

A five-star luxury cruise ship took us into Ha Long Bay. We explored the Surprising Cave (Hang Sửng Sốt), took a speedboat to Ti Top Island, switched to a small wooden boat to drift through Moon Lake, and strolled along Ha Long Bay Beach in the evening.

Over 3,600 limestone karsts rise from the sea – a perfect combination of stunning seascape, tranquil mountains, and mysterious caves.
The hundreds of millions of years of evolution in Ha Long Bay demand patience and a global perspective. A Thousand Years of Hanoi: Bustling Life and Solemn History

Ba Dinh Square, 36 Ancient Streets, French-style tricycles – where antiquity and vitality coexist, details and the whole blend. This reflects our full range of measurement solutions: not only focusing on individual products but also understanding system synergy.

We walked into the European-style town in Hanoi – colorful houses, Venetian-style canals – every snapshot became a Sinowon-exclusive masterpiece. We strolled around Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Cathedral, experiencing the fusion of French architecture and Vietnamese culture.

We took a traditional cyclo ride through the 36 Ancient Streets, visited the famous Train Street, and experienced the wonder of trains passing just inches away. We stayed at a five-star hotel and enjoyed the Vietnamese Emperor's Feast, unlocking the authentic flavors of Vietnam with every bite.

Team Building Highlights: Beyond Craftsmanship, We Work as One

From the world natural wonder of Ha Long Bay to the thousand-year-old capital of Hanoi, from water puppet shows to French-style tricycle rides – five days of being together, from speedboat island hopping to small wooden boat cave drifting, from beach walks to ancient street explorations. Laughter and the sound of camera shutters never stopped.

Among the ancient mountains and seas, we re-understood patience, collaboration, and long-term thinking – all of which align with the craftsmanship spirit we have upheld for 20 years, just like the persistence behind every OMM, every measurement instrument we deliver.

20 Years of Craftsmanship: Not an End, but a New Beginning

Our 5-day Vietnam trip has concluded successfully. We set off from Sinowon and returned with the spirit of mountains and seas. Through this journey, we understood more deeply: An OMM can measure dimensions, but it cannot measure the dedication of Sinowon people. A flash measurement system can measure speed, but it cannot measure the warmth within our team. This team building broke down departmental barriers, deepened our mutual understanding, and strengthened our unity.
