What is your Vision Measuring Machine actual magnification? How to calculation it?
There are three magnification in the VMM, one is optical magnification, this is based on geometric imaging principle. It is a fixed value generally. 0.35x~2.225x or 0.7x~4.5x. Another is digital magnification. It means the magnification of processing and imaging on the CCD camera. The digital magnification is related on target size and monitor size.
Actual magnification is video magnification, the value of it is optical magnification multiply by digital magnification.
What is your Vision Measuring Machine measurement time ? Is it efficiency?
The Vision Measuring Machine measurement time is related to the number of the measurement objectors, the specific measurement time depends on measurement workpiece. The more measurement need to be done, the more time of measurement need to be spent. Our machine measures single workpiece parameter which in the same screen such as : circle, line, angle and height etc. The measurement time in theory is 0.6~1s. What difference between optics, laser and probe measurement method?
Optics and laser belong to non-contact measurement and probe is contact measurement. The advantage of non-contact measurement is high-efficiency, no damage and large working distance. The laser has flatness and height measurement function over optical measurement. But it have requirement to workpiece surface roughness and color difference. Workpiece surface too rough and color difference to large which light can’t reflect, those are not suitable for non-contact measurement.
How many operation ways for Vision measurement machine?
Our vision measurement machines (VMM) have three operation ways, there are manual, semi-automatic and automatic.
1. Manual VMM means that people need to control the X,Y axis movement of working table and let it move to the measurement filed. After that, focus manually by using knob of Z-axis.
2. Semi-automatic VMM is similar to manual method. The main difference is focus automatically. Operator can use software in computer to focus workpiece, then the motor in measuring arm will driving lens c
