Does VMM has scan function?

Our Sinowon’s automatic machine has, manual machine does not. And what is the scan function? It means catch workpiece’s size and parameter by moving lens, and import the result into software, drawing 2D image automatically. Here are some points need to pay attention to :

1. Don’t touch workpiece and pay attention to lens movement, avoid contact with the sample so that get a precision result.

2. The workpiece placing should be flat. If it too oblique will cause inaccurate results.

3. Measuring item should be light, otherwise will damage to working table.
