Non-Contact Measurement for Precision Bearings

As a professional optical measurement solution, the SIG Vision Measuring System adopts a non-contact approach, eliminating the risk of scratches or wear on bearing surfaces. This makes it especially suitable for high-precision bearing batch inspection. Equipped with an imported high-resolution camera, professional video measurement software, and a stable Indian black granite base, the system achieves measurement accuracy of 1.2+L/200μm and resolution down to 0.1μm, fully supporting multiple geometric dimension measurement requirements in bearing production.

1. Bearing Inner and Outer Ring Dimensions
