• The integrated cast iron structure ensures the main body of the machine reaches a rigidity of 99%, minimizing deformation. The shell undergoes natural aging treatment for more than half a year, ensuring stable physical properties.
• The structure adopts a 1:1 high-precision gravity sensing system combined with a zero-clearance ball screw for force control, and uses a 0.03-class force sensor to ensure precise and error-free loading every time.
• After heat treatment, the hardness of the screw ranges from 35 to 40 HRC, which is beneficial for the stability of detection data when the screw is lifted at different heights. The screw, processed through heat treatment and wire drawing technology, is solid and wear-resistant, greatly reducing the probability of gaps caused by long-term use of the screw, which would ultimately affect measurement stability.
• The instrument is equipped with 11 levels of test force and 14 types of Brinell hardness test scales, suitable for testing various metal and non-metal materials.
• It is also equipped with 3 ball indenters and 2 objective lenses. According to the selected scale, the objective lens and indenter switch automatically. The instrument performs measurement and observation based on the set indenter and objective lens, eliminating the trouble of frequent indenter replacement when measuring different samples and avoiding indenter damage caused by mismatching between the indenter and test force. The optical structure is tight with high magnification, ensuring extremely clear observation of the required surface.
• The turret switching and positioning adopt the dual cooperation of mechanical limit and photoelectric limit, achieving high positioning accuracy and ensuring the turret's five-point centering.
• It is equipped with various conversion scales, supporting real-time conversion and on-select switching, and can set upper and lower limit qualification judgment.
• Hardness test results are saved in real time, and it automatically calculates the maximum, minimum, average values, etc. It has multiple folder options, and supports result deletion and print output.
• Built-in with a thermal printer for fast printing speed, and equipped with a USB interface, allowing users to directly export data to a USB flash drive.

It is suitable for hardness measurement of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, and also applicable to hardness determination of certain non-metallic materials like hard plastics and bakelite.
