Salt spray is one of the "three-proofing" test equipment in the artificial climate environment.It tests the corrosion resistance of products for various materials, including surface treatments such as coating, electroplating, anodizing, spraying, and rust-proof oil. It can also be used to compare the process quality of similar protective layers and products.

u  The entire machine is made of imported PP rigid plastic plates, with a solid and robust structure that is resistant to acid and alkali, high temperatures, and corrosion, and never ages.  It is suitable for various testing requirements such as neutral salt spray NSS, acetic acid test ASS, copper acetate CASS, and more.

u  The plastic precision nozzle and conical spray device are used to make the fog fall evenly and quickly, and the nozzle has a long service life and no crystallization.

u  Using LCD touch screen, it can be connected to a computer for remote monitoring and operation, with any language switching between Chinese and English.

uWith USB interface, you can plug in a U disk to download curves and historical data (can replace the recorder) (optional)

u  Spray time can be controlled internally, without additional time relay

uThe flow rate of the salt water and the pressure of the compressed air are regulated by flow meters and high-pressure valves to ensure uniform salt spray deposition.

uThe manual water addition system ensures automatic water replenishment when the water level is insufficient, ensuring uninterrupted testing.
