    The V8-VIS Series is a high-precision cantilever fully automatic vision measuring machine developed for GD&T measurement, featuring 4-axis automatic control, auto focus, automatic light control and optimized hardware & software configuration to realize the measurement of linear and geometric dimensions.

    Product Characteristics

    • Cantilever structural design with precision imported full-closed-loop control and Indian black marble structural components ensures ultra-stable measurement process;
    • Standard high-definition automatic zoom coaxial optical lens, digital camera and program-controlled light source, allowing you to achieve what you see is what you measure;
    • Linear motor drive system is adopted to realize non-contact smooth motion, giving consideration to speed, accuracy and dynamic stability, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of high-speed measurement;
    • Various sensors such as 13.3X automatic zoom coaxial optical lens, contact probe, laser probe and 3D camera can be selected to expand and enhance the measurement application.
    • Powerful vision measurement software and flexible expansibility enable efficient automatic measurement.
