It is composed of two parts: the host mechanical system and the electrical measurement and control system. It adopts mechanical transmission, applies test torque to repeatedly bend the sample, and uses photoelectric switches to detect the number of bending tests. After the sample breaks, it will stop automatically, the pendulum rod will reset, the digital tube meter will automatically display, and automatically record the number of bending times of the sample.
1. Host
The main engine is decelerated by a motor and a belt pulley to drive the worm and worm gear pair, and then a crank pendulum mechanism drives a sector gear transmission. The sector gear drives the pendulum rod to repeat clockwise 90°±1° and then counterclockwise 90°±1° Swing, so that the guide sleeve on the pendulum rod drives the sample to bend repeatedly to achieve the purpose of the test. The sector gear is equipped with a counting device for counting. Each time the sample is bent, the photoelectric switch collects a signal, thus achieving the purpose of counting.
After the test, if the pendulum bar does not stop to the middle position, press the reset button, and another photoelectric switch collects the signal to restore the pendulum bar to the middle position.
The swing lever is equipped with a shift lever, and the shift lever is equipped with guide sleeves with different inner diameters. For samples with different diameters within the standard range, adjust the shift lever to different heights required by the standard and use the standard requirements Of different guide bushes.
Below the pendulum rod, there is a sample holding device. For samples with different diameters, replace the jaws with the corresponding radius.
2, electrical measurement and control system
The electrical measurement and control system mainly consists of two parts: strong current and weak current. The strong current controls the motor, and the weak current part is divided into three paths: one route photoelectric switch collects the bending times signal, which is pulse-shaped to the decoder to send to the LCD meter for display and save; the other route photoelectric switch controls the reset of the swing rod, when it is received After the signal, the motor is stopped, and at the same time, after receiving the signal of the motor stop in the last way, the motor is reversely braked, so that the swing lever stops to a proper position.
