One, select the test type

When you are ready to start an experiment, you must first select the type of experiment (what experiment to do). Select the main window menu test option;-concrete compression test; the concrete compression test data window will be displayed on the right side of the main window. Then you can fill in the concrete specimen information in the data window.

Two, input test piece information

1. Click the data browse button in the upper left corner of the data window, and then click the new record button to create a new record;

2. Click the data record control key to switch to the record to be filled in;

3. Enter the basic information of the test piece in the input area

Three, test operation

1. If there is only one unfinished new record in the test piece window, the user does not need to select the test piece to be tested. If the user creates a lot of new test piece information, the user must locate the test piece to be tested before starting the test. Piece records. Example: The user has created six new records ad00010-ad00015, and now the test piece numbered ad00013 is to be tested, and the record needs to be located on the record numbered ad00013.

2. Place the test piece properly on the press and prepare the press.

3. If there is no special requirement, select automatic test; and enter the test parameters to better control the test process. (After setting the parameters, press the [Start] button or F5 in the button control area to start the test. During the control process, please pay close attention to the test process and perform manual intervention if necessary. During the test control process, it is best not to do Irrelevant operations, so as not to affect the control.

4. After the specimen is broken, the system will automatically record and calculate the test results. After one piece is completed, the press will automatically unload. At the same time, the operator can change the upper and lower test piece within the test interval. If the time is not enough, you can click the [Stop] button to stop the test, replace the test piece, and time the interval; set the time longer, and then click the start; button to continue the test.

5. After completing a set of tests, if you want to do the next set of tests but there is no unfinished new record, create a new record and repeat steps 2-5; if there are still unfinished records, repeat steps 1-5.
