The JL-3000 ferritic steel non-plastic transformation temperature drop hammer impact tester is mainly used to determine the non-plastic transformation temperature of ferritic steel (including plates, profiles, cast steel and forged steel). The non-plastic transition temperature refers to the highest temperature at which the standard sample breaks when tested according to relevant standards. It characterizes the highest temperature of brittle fracture of steel with small cracks under dynamic loading yield stress. The developed drop weight impact tester meets GB6803-2008 'Ferritic Steel Non-plastic Transition Temperature Drop Weight Test Method'.

The working principle of the non-plastic transition temperature drop hammer impact tester for ferritic steel is: the drop hammer impact tester mainly consists of hammer lifting, sample delivery, impact and other actions to raise a certain quality of hammer to a certain height. Then it is released from a static state, and the hammer body freely falls and impacts on the surface of the sample, thereby dynamically loading the sample. This equipment is fully automated in control, including automatic hammer lifting, automatic feeding, and self-determination of whether the sample is in place before impact. After the impact is completed, press the standby button again, and the testing machine can automatically recover the impacted sample and enter the state of preparing for the second impact.
