SHT4106-Customized Version Computer System Universal Testing Machine is 6 pillar structure with hydraulic jaw grips,which main engine adopts the oil cylinder under the main engine, which is mainly used for tensile, compressive and bending tests of metals and nonmetals. The main engine adopts the main engine with a lower oil cylinder and a semi-open high-strength jaw seat. The stretching space is located above the main engine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam of the main engine and the workbench.

The lifting of the lower beam is driven by a motor through a reducer, a chain transmission mechanism and a screw pair to realize the adjustment of the stretching and compressing space.
The hydraulic principle is shown in the following figure, which is a load-adaptive oil inlet throttle speed regulation system.
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high-pressure gear pump to enter the oil circuit through the motor, flows through the one-way valve, the high-pressure oil filter, the differential valve group and the servo valve, and enters the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow of hydraulic oil into the oil cylinder and realize the control of constant speed test force and constant speed displacement.
Based on the Windows operating platform, the test software has programmable functions, and various test modes, such as constant-rate test force control, constant-rate displacement control, test force maintenance and displacement maintenance, can be arbitrarily combined, which meets the requirements of various test methods to the greatest extent and realizes various functions such as data display, curve drawing, data processing, storage and printing. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow into the oil cylinder and realize the control of constant speed test force and constant speed displacement. It has complete file operation function, such as test report, test parameters and system parameters can be stored in file mode. The system is managed at different levels, and the system parameters are all open to expert users, which ensures the flexible and reliable use of the system.

The computer screen displays the test data of test force, cylinder displacement, loading rate and deformation, and draws various test curves such as time-test force/deformation and deformation-test force. Automatic data processing, data processing methods meet the requirements of GB228-2002 standard, such as upper and lower yield points, maximum force points, various specified non-proportional stress points, various specified full elongation stress points, etc. At the same time, it meets the pressure test requirements of the testing machine;
