The total magnification of the measuring microscope is generally 10 times, 20 times, 50 times and 100 times. Small and large coordinate workbenches can move longitudinally and laterally. They generally use threaded auxiliary reading drums, reading microscopes or projection screens, and also use digital display. The graduation value is generally 10 microns, 5 microns or 1 microns. The workbench of the universal tool microscope is only moved longitudinally, and the lateral movement is completed by a horizontal sliding frame equipped with a column and a measuring microscope. Generally, a reading microscope, projection screen reading or digital display is used, and the graduation value is 1 micron. There are many accessories for tool microscopes, including various eyepieces, such as threaded profile eyepieces, dual image eyepieces, arc profile eyepieces, etc., as well as measuring knives, optical positioners for measuring apertures, and projectors for projecting and magnifying the measured part. . In addition, the universal tool microscope can also be equipped with an optical indexing table and an optical indexing head. Uses and measurement methods Tool microscopes are mainly used to measure the geometric parameters of threads, the angles of metal cutting tools, the dimensions of templates and molds, etc., and are also commonly used to measure the aperture and hole distance of small workpieces, the taper of cones and the contour size of cams. The basic measurement methods of tool microscopes are image method and axial cutting method. ① Image method: Use the marking on the reticle in the measuring microscope to aim at one side of the measured length, read from the corresponding reading device, and then move the workbench (or horizontal carriage) to aim at the measured length with the same marking On the other side, take a second reading. The difference between the two readings is the measured length.
