JL-50000 drop weight tear test machine is a testing equipment used to perform drop weight tear test (DWTT) on ferritic steel. The maximum impact energy can be changed from 22000J to 50000J. The method is: (1) Change the lifting height of the falling weight; (2) Increase or decrease the standard counterweight. The falling weight lifting mechanism of the falling weight impact testing machine is arranged behind the frame, which reduces the height of the whole machine, enhances the stability, and is convenient for maintenance.

Because the test machine is tall (5.6m) and cannot be transported on its side, it is divided into multiple parts for transport, and then assembled after arriving at the user unit. The specific parts are: a. Mainframe base; b. Lifting mechanism; c. Drop hammer; d. Pillar; e. Top plate; f. Hanging off hammer mechanism; g. Feeding positioning mechanism; h. Protective grid.

(1) Move the base of the main machine and the bottom plate of the lifting mechanism to the pre-made foundation, adjust the level of the base to 0.2/1000 with a spirit level, and tighten the anchor bolts.

(2) Place two thick wooden blocks on the jaws of the support, (about 180~190) or an iron block of the same height, and place the drop hammer and hang-off hammer mechanism on it. The two sliding columns are hoisted and passed through the through holes of the beam and the drop hammer, and the sliding column base is used to fix them with the base, and then the four square support columns are fixed to the base.

(3) Mounting the top plate: hoist the top plate, install it on the top of the square support column of the sliding column, and fix it with screws.

(4) Pass the wire rope through the top plate, and fasten it with the hook mechanism and the lifting mechanism through both ends of the pulley.

(5) Install the protective grid.
