2. Determine the weight of the hammer.

3. Put the hammer rod through the sliding sleeve under the hammer seat, put the selected weight on the hammer rod, and tighten the nut.

4. Turn on the power and enter the working state.

5. Press the 'slow rise' button to lift the hammer away from the bottom, and press the 'stop' button to facilitate the installation of the sample.

6. Open the door of the test chamber and place the sample on the V-shaped iron.

7. Observe the status of the red indicator light of the photoelectric switch on the left: off means the sample is too high and the light cannot pass through, bright means the sample is low and the light can pass, adjust the lifting handwheel to make the upper bus bar of the sample and the center of the photoelectric tube On the same level. Determine the zero point of the height: use the 'slow down' and 'slow up' keys to make the hammer head just touch the sample, and press the zero point 'Zero Zero' of the height display meter.

8. Close the protective net and door, press the 'Quick Up' button, the ruler will indicate the height of lifting, and press the 'Stop' button after reaching the predetermined height.

9. Impact: first press the 'pre-drop hammer' key to make the indicator light on this key light, and then press the 'drop hammer' key, the hammer will fall and impact the sample. Note: Press the 'Pre-drop hammer' key: the key stop indicator does not light up, indicating that the sample is too high and the height of the sample needs to be readjusted. 'Pre-dropping weight' key: Press this key to enter the pre-dropping state (after the sample is installed), press the 'dropping weight' key, the hammer will drop immediately, and press other keys to release the falling weight state.

10. After the hammer impacts the sample, when the sample is not broken and the hammer rebounds, the photoelectric signal controls the hammer holding mechanism to quickly clamp (receive) the rebound hammer to prevent secondary impact.

11. Press the 'quick drop' button, insert the pin on the hammer seat into the solenoid valve seat, and press the micro switch to stop the drop.

12. According to the second step, take out the sample and put in a new sample. Repeat steps 3-9. Some adjustments and inspections can also be done in the middle. Shut down: Turn off the power switch of the electric control box and the main power supply.
