Manual Micro Vickers Hardness Tester HV-1000 Series
The HV-1000 digital micro Vickers hardness tester utilizes unique, precision-engineered mechanical, optical, and light source designs for clearer indentation imaging and more accurate measurements. Equipped with a digital micrometer eyepiece, the test method, test force, indentation length, dwell time, number of measurements, and conversion scale are displayed on the screen, eliminating the need for table lookup or indentation diagonal input. Simply measure the indentation and press a button on the eyepiece to automatically calculate the hardness value and display it on the screen. It can be equipped with an optional Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness measurements, as well as an LCD video measurement device and a CCD image automatic measurement system.

- Ferrous and non-ferrous metals, IC sheets, surface coatings, and laminated metals;
- Glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, thin plastics, etc.;
- Hardness testing of the depth and gradient of carburized and quench-hardened layers.
