Oil pump debugging and test procedures of hydraulic universal testing machine
The hydraulic universal testing machine is a hydraulic material testing machine that can perform tensile, compression and bending tests. Hydraulic universal testing machine is used for tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of various metallic and non-metallic materials, as well as special tests of some products. 1. Hydraulic universal testing machine oil pump debugging
Press the button on the dynamometer to start or stop the rotation of the hydraulic universal test oil pump. When the pump is operated for the first time or when the wire connector is replaced after installation, pay attention to the direction of the sheave wheel, and check whether the oil path from the oil tank to the oil pump is connected before starting. Otherwise, properly tighten the connecting thread between the oil tank and the oil pipe, and the oil can enter the oil pump.
When the oil pump is running for the first time, remove the side cover of the dynamometer and observe whether the oil flowing from the oil delivery valve back to the oil tank is intermittent. If this happens, please loosen the M8 plug on the oil pump, discharge the air, and then observe whether the oil returning to the oil tank is intermittent. If this phenomenon occurs again, unscrew the outer hexagonal screw on the end of the oil pump, pull out the steel ball of the oil pump outlet valve with a wire hook, and observe whether the steel ball jumps (when the oil pump starts). After the ball moves, screw on the hexagonal screw, and the oil pump works normally.
After the cylinder is connected, air may enter the pipeline and affect the instability of the pointer rotation. The solution is to start the oil pump, close the oil return valve, open the oil delivery valve to make the main working piston rise a certain distance, and then open the oil return valve to make the oil pump return to the tank through the oil return valve through the working cylinder. In this way, the internal air can be discharged after circulating for a period of time, and then a formal test can be carried out.
2. Test Regulations of Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine
1. Connect the power cord, press the 'Power' button, the indicator light is on.
2. Select the range according to the sample size.
3. According to the test shape and size, fit the corresponding jaws into the upper and lower jaw seats.
4. Turn on the oil pump, unscrew the oil delivery valve, raise the pressure plate about 10 mm, and then close the oil delivery valve. If the platen is already in the raised position, there is no need to start the oil valve to deliver oil, just close the oil delivery valve.
5. Clamp one end of the test to the upper jaw. For models equipped with hydraulic chucks, press the 'tighten' button on the oil control box to clamp the sample.
6. Start the lifting and electric adjustment of the test space, and clamp the sample vertically. For machines with hydraulic chucks, press the down button on the control box to clamp the test vertically.
7. According to the force speed required by the test, slowly open the oil delivery valve to apply force, and close the oil delivery valve after the test ruptures. If the interval between the next group is longer, the oil pump should be stopped.
8. Delete the test. For models equipped with hydraulic chucks, first use the 'up' key to loosen the upper jaw, and then press the 'down feed' key to loosen the lower jaw, and test separately.
9. After the test, disconnect the power cord.
The mechanical equipment is essentially the same. Only by mastering the correct methods for the coordinated operation of different components can the entire experimental process be smoother and the experimental data more accurate.
