5. The pre-tightening force of the ball screw nut of the tension machine is too tight or too loose.

Solution: Adjust the pre-tightening force and check the axial movement value, so that the error is not greater than 0.005mm.

The reason for the unstable speed of the tensile testing machine is mostly that the pressure suddenly becomes higher or lower, and the measured force value is also different. Therefore, the first thing to check is the control part, and the testing machine needs to check the measurement and control instrumentation and the software part. The pressure source mainly comes from the flow of hydraulic oil. The flow directly affects the speed of the material testing machine. The reason for affecting the flow of hydraulic oil is mainly determined by the solenoid valve. If the servo valve of the hydraulic universal testing machine is stuck, the flow rate will increase and decrease, resulting in unstable speed. The reason may be that the hydraulic oil has not been replaced for a long time or the hydraulic oil is not clean.

The cylinder is one of the key components of the tensile testing machine. If the cylinder is a gap-sealed cylinder, if the machining accuracy and assembly process are not up to standard, the cylinder will be pulled after the service life is reached. Once the hydraulic cylinder pulls the cylinder, the friction force of the cylinder will increase and the speed will be unstable. Of course, this is one of the reasons, and it may also be caused by improper cleaning of the oil tank.
