In accordance with the national statutory holiday arrangements and in light of our company’s actual circumstances, we hereby notify you of SIG Sinowon Instruments’ 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday arrangements as follows:

I. Holiday Period

Mid-Autumn Festival: September 25 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday), 2026 — 3 days off.

National Day: October 1 (Thursday) to October 7 (Wednesday), 2026 — 7 days off.

II. Resumption of Work

Normal office operations will resume on October 8, 2026 (Thursday).

Holiday Service Notice:

To ensure smooth work handover during the holiday and protect your rights and interests, please note the following:

Orders and Shipments: During the holiday, production and logistics shipments will be suspended. To ensure your project schedule, please plan your procurement in advance. If you have any order requirements, please contact our sales or customer service staff as early as possible so that we can arrange timely processing before the holiday.

Customer Service: During the holiday, our official website (www.sinowon.com), WeChat official account, and other online platforms will remain accessible. You may leave a message or send an email to our customer service mailbox (mz@sinowon.com.cn). We will process and reply as soon as possible after the holiday. For urgent matters, please contact your dedicated sales representative.

Technical Support: Responses to routine technical inquiries may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your understanding. For urgent technical issues, we have emergency contact channels. Please consult your business contact for details.
