  Production and logistics will be paused during the holiday. To support your project timeline, we strongly recommend placing orders in advance. Please contact our sales or customer service team before April 30 to arrange delivery prior to the holiday.

  Our website (www.sinowon.com) and WeChat official account remain accessible. You may leave messages or send inquiries to mz@sinowon.com.cn. Our team will reply promptly after we return to work on May 6. For urgent matters, please reach out to your dedicated sales representative directly.

• Technical Support
  Routine technical inquiries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding. For critical technical issues during the holiday, an emergency contact channel is available – please ask your business contact person for details.
