The shell is integrally casted, and holes making adopt a knife-type straight-through to ensure the concentricity of the holes, which provides a good foundation for the high precision and high stability of the machine. The light source of the hardness tester adopts a special high-quality imaging light source system which used on the metallographic microscope, and the brightness of the light field is evenly clear, thereby reducing the measurement error of the printing indentation. The operation interface adopts a menu-style humanized structure, and the hardness scale HV or HK can be selected on the operation panel, need to manually input the hardness value. Various hardness values can be converted easily. The objective lens and the indenter are automatically converted and positioned, with the advantages of high efficiency and easy operation.
◆ Not only has the functions of data storage, query and average calculation, but also USB flash memory function (optional).
◆ The dot positioning uses a three-point position to be more precise, and the repeated dot position is not skewing.
◆ The operation interface adopts a menu-style humanized structure, and the hardness scale HV or HK can be selected on the operation panel, need to manually input the hardness value. Various hardness values can be converted easily, and with Chinese and English language switching display function also.
◆ High efficiency and easy operation - the objective lens and the indenter are automatically converted and positioned.
◆ 10X and 20X the objective lens has the functions of measurement and observation in our high standard configuration model (Only 40X objective lens has the measurement function in same type machines)
◆ Micro hardness tester can be used to determine the hardness of small or thin specimens and small areas of larger specimens. Micro hardness testing is commonly used to determine the characteristics of thin sheet, foil, fine wire, epoxies, paint, etc. and is normally applied in R&D.
◆ Micro hardness tester is especially useful in determining hardness variations, caused by hardening, quenching, plating, fabrication, welding or annealing, bonding, etc.
◆ Testing very thin materials like foils, thin pieces, coatings layers, etc;
◆ Measuring hardness of the surface of a part, small parts or small areas;
◆ Measuring individual micro-structures;
◆ Measuring the depth of case hardening by sectioning a part and making a series of indentations to describe a profile of the change in hardness.
