When the bottom surface of the upper pressure plate contacts the top surface of the test piece during operation, it can automatically adapt to the slight inclination of the height direction of the test piece, so that the two planes are in full contact with each other, so that the piece Even by force. According to the size of the test piece, the handwheel and lead screw can be turned to adjust the test space appropriately. A positioning wire frame is engraved on the top surface of the lower plate to facilitate placing the test piece in the center position. 2. The hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic pump, oil delivery valve, oil return valve, oil tank, oil filter and oil pipe. The hydraulic pump is an axial five-plunger ultra-high pressure pump, which is directly driven by an electric motor. A safety valve is installed on the oil delivery valve. Overload can overflow, which plays a safety role. Operate the oil delivery valve handwheel to adjust the oil intake of the oil cylinder to achieve the required loading rate. Open the oil return valve, so that all the oil in the oil cylinder and the oil pump can flow back to the oil tank. 3. The force measurement unit mainly includes measurement and control system, printer and pressure sensor. 4. Electrical system: consists of a motor, start button, stop button, AC contactor, fuse, etc.
