The angle formed by a straight line, the repeatability of multiple measurements is definitely not ideal. If we use a multi-point regression line to determine the two sides of the angle, the obtained line is closer to the actual edge of the workpiece to be measured, and the deviation will be reduced. At the same time, the measurement error will also be reduced, and the repeatability will be greatly improved.

Due to the limited screen display, try to keep the linear collection as much as possible. In addition, the magnification is usually 0.7 to 4.5, 28X to 180X in this range. We can clearly see the influence of the length of the line segment on the measured value, so when measuring the angle, try to collect the lines on both sides of the angle whenever possible. If the screen display range is too small, you can move the worktable, select a point at the starting point of the straight line of the angle, and then select a point at the end point, the angle measurement error will be greatly reduced, and the magnification will be as large as possible. For many mechanical parts, the edge The measurement angle is very short, only 2mm~3mm. For example, if we use a smaller lens 0.7 or 1 to measure the point, the workpiece imaging is only 48mm~120mm, and the deviation of this point will affect the measured value. It has a great impact. If you switch to 3 or 4 magnification, the workpiece imaging can reach 240mm~480mm, it is easier to observe the true situation of the edge of the image, and the deviation of the excavation point can be minimized. However, this method is also It brings a lot of inconvenience, the graphics are too large, and the display window can only display a small part, but for inspectors who are skilled in image measuring instruments and pursuing high-precision quality control, this should not be a problem.
