Year 2010 has been a remarkable year for Century Properties

This year, as Century mark its 25th anniversary in Philippine real estate, they have pushed the boundaries even further. Century is committed to create life-enhancing homes, and delighted that they are making this happen one building at a time.

In January, Century started the year with a bang as they topped out The Gramercy Residences, the Philippines' tallest skyscraper with over 70 floors. Century also broke ground for Centuria Medical Makati, our world-class outpatient medical-IT building in partnership with GE Healthcare, as well as The Milano Residences, the first private luxury residences in Asia interior designed by Versace Home.

Gramercy, Centuria and Milano are all located in Century City, the 3.4-hectare flagship development in Makati that will showcase upscale residences, a lifestyle center, an outpatient medical-IT building and premiere offices. Those who are based in Manila may have already seen the busy construction of Gramercy and the second residential tower, the London-inspired Knightsbridge that reached 30 floors in April.

Century is also proud to announce that APG, one of the largest global pension asset managers based in the Netherlands, has invested P2.25 billion to Century. This investment in the company augurs well as it is a sign of APG's confidence in the Philippine economy over the long term, and APG's trust in the management, track record and vision of Century Properties.

In February, Century launched Acqua Private Residences, a 2.4-hectare development rising in Mandaluyong City right across the Rockwell Center. This six-tower project was designed to transport the urban dweller into the majestic tropical rainforest, provide country club amenities through The Pebble, regenerate riverside activity through the Riverwalk Promenade and contribute to achieving the grand vision of resuscitating the mighty Pasig River. Century successfully sold out the first Acqua tower in two months since its launch.
