HP-S-X1 Scanning probe
HP-S-X1 is a high-speed, high-precision 3D scanning analogue probe, compatible with both triggering and scanning functions. It supports single point measurement, self-centering measurement and continuous high-speed scanning measurement for complex measurement tasks of all sizes, positions and shapes. Offering both the precision metrology of a high-precision probe and a perfect match to the HH-A auto-rotating head, it is the ideal solution for inspection of medium sized workpieces with complex edges and curved surfaces.
