    The Ares main unit adopts an all-aluminum structure, and at the same time, a wide range of computer-aided design finite element analysis principles and modular design principles are applied in the design process. This makes the whole machine system have improved temperature resistance and deformation/torsion resistance, improve the stability of the spatial structure of the whole machine, and reduce the influence of structural micro-deformation, vibration and temperature gradient changes on the measurement performance. The closed-loop distributed air bearing design optimizes the mechanical movement of the measuring machine's axis. As a result, the complete system exhibits a high degree of repeatability during the measurement process and the long-term stability of the system.



    Product Characteristics


    ◆The X-direction beam adopts ultra-high rigidity precision triangular beam (Tricision ®) technology. The performance of the whole machine is improved by reducing the moving load, and it is the best structural design to ensure stability and rigidity.

    ◆The three axis are all driven by synchronous belts, which are compact, non-slipping, fast, low noise and easy to maintain.
