With the characteristic of large-field vision flash measurement, high accuracy, automation, the telecentric imaging and intelligent image processing software cooperate together to measure, any measuring task is become supremely efficient. Just place the workpiece in the effective measuring range and then press the button, all two-dimensional dimensions of the workpiece will be automatically exported after instantaneous completion of the test data.
Product Characteristics
◆ Image processing algorithms such as sub-pixel edge detection, automatic deburring and abnormal points removal, and least squares regression are used to ensure the test accuracy.
◆ It breaks the convention of dimensional measurement by enabling overall imaging measurement without moving the test platform, featuring fast speed and high accuracy.
◆ The shape and direction of the sample can be automatically memorized without repeated positioning. The workpiece can be measured by pressing only one button after placement.
